KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Justin Houston told me today he’s the only player to sack Cam Newton at all three levels: in high school, major college and the NFL.
Houston said he got Newton in a Georgia state high school playoff game when both were seniors in 2006. He sacked Newton once in a college game in 2010, when Houston played at Georgia and Newton at Auburn and then one more in a 2012 game between the Chiefs and Carolina Panthers at Arrowhead Stadium, one remembered more today for other reasons than a Houston sack.
