The Kansas City Chiefs are 1-5, and they now have a pair of starters trying to recover from concussions. Following the game on Sunday in which the Chiefs lost 16-10 to the Minnesota Vikings at TCF Bank Stadium, head coach Andy Reid announced that both wide receiver Jeremy Maclin and defensive end Mike DeVito have concussions.
DeVito sustained his when he was trying to make a tackle on Adrian Peterson in the first quarter. DeVito slammed his head into the body of Jaye Howard, something you never want to do. DeVito laid on the turf for several moments before finally getting to his feet and walked off.
