On a day when the Chiefs surrendered 449 yards to the Jaguars, they made their biggest plays on takeaways, and none was bigger than the fourth-quarter fumble recovery in the end zone.
The Jaguars faced a second-and-goal at the 1 and hard-running Chris Ivory got the call. He was hit from behind by defensive lineman Jaye Howard the ball came loose.
“I told myself I have to get off the ball and make a big play,” Howard said.
Marcus Peters fell on the ball in the end zone but replay officials would have the final say.
