Some plays turn games around, while some can cost winning a game and Kansas City Chiefs star running back Jamaal Charles knows his late fumble, which was returned for a touchdown, losing the game for the team against the Broncos Thursday night.
"You have to get over it. By tomorrow, it's going to be out of our mouths, the taste, and get focused for the next game," Charles said, via the Associated Press.
"We have to restart ourselves, redeem myself."
Quarterback Alex Smith said the team hasn't lost faith in Charles
"Besides Jamaal being one of the best players in the league, he plays a big leadership role in our locker room," said quarterback Alex Smith, whose two interceptions also proved costly.
