The back-to-back Super Bowl champions will host the Buffalo Bills on GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. The winner will represent the conference at Super Bowl LIX on Sunday, February 9 at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

This will be the fourth time these two teams have played for the right to appear in a Super Bowl.
