The Kansas City Chiefs narrowly defeated the Atlanta Falcons 22-17 in Week 3’s “Sunday Night Football” matchup. The tightly contested game also marked the first start of the season for the team’s second-year left tackle Wanya Morris.
Last season, Morris started four games while Donovan Smith was dealing with injuries — with mixed results. So the team selected BYU’s Kingsley Suamataia in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
As training camp began, Suamataia immediately stepped into the starting role, which he retained all the way into the regular season.
