KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The four turnovers forced by the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday did more than help them outlast the Jacksonville Jaguars. Those takeaways, combined with the Chiefs not handing the ball over to their opponents, helped Kansas City vault to the top of the NFL’s turnover pile.
The Chiefs, with 20 takeaways and seven giveaways, are plus-13, one ahead of the Minnesota Vikings.
If that keeps up, the Chiefs will have to fail immensely in a lot of other areas for them to miss the playoffs.
