On Saturday, we learned that the Kansas City Chiefs would be re-signing veteran wide receiver Hollywood Brown to a one-year contract.
In 2024, Brown joined the Chiefs on an incentive-laden one-year deal following an underwhelming season with the Arizona Cardinals. He would have earned $11 million on that contract if he had met every mark.
Unfortunately, Brown suffered a sternoclavicular joint dislocation on the opening drive of Kansas City’s first preseason game. While he was initially expected to be available early in the regular season, the injury eventually required surgery.
