Before Jamaal Charles, Larry Johnson, Priest Holmes and other great Kansas City Running Backs, there was one man. Christian Okoye, or the Nigerian Nightmare as he is more commonly known was that man. While he only played six seasons in the NFL, Okoye made his presence felt. The nickname ‘Nigerian Nightmare’ will forever remain in the hearts of Chiefs fans throughout the nation, as Okoye led the league in rushing in 1989, made two Pro Bowl appearances and three playoff appearances in his six seasons in Kansas City.
