On Friday and Saturday, Kansas City Chiefs training camp at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri shifts into overdrive.
Quarterbacks, rookies and injured players reported on Tuesday, so this week’s practices have included only those players who needed a head start before full practices begin on Saturday.
There will be one more practice session with that group at 8:40 a.m. Arrowhead Time on Friday morning. If history is any guide, some of the injured players may be allowed to sit out Friday’s session to give them a day of rest before the full practices begin.
