The Kansas City Chiefs lead the New York Jets, 17-3, after two quarters of play at Arrowhead Stadium. Tight end Travis Kelce leads the Chiefs with 36 yards receiving and a touchdown.
After Kansas City’s first drive stalled, punter Dustin Colquitt pinned the Jets back to their 1-yard line. Back-to-back rushes by running back Matt Forte got the Jets off their own goal line, and quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick took it himself for a first down. Three plays later, facing third-and-9, Fitzpatrick threw to his right and the ball was picked off by Marcus Peters for his third interception of the season.
