The Kansas City Chiefs defense intercepted Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning three times in the first half and Cairo Santos connected on four field goals leading to a 19-0 Kansas City advantage at the break from Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium in Denver, Colo.
The Broncos started with the ball and on Manning’s first pass attempt of the game, Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters intercepted him for his fourth pick of the season. Peters returned the interception to Denver’s 31-yard line.
