A couple of former K.C. Chiefs players took the chance to visit the New England Patriots on Tuesday for workouts among with several other NFL veterans in hopes of showing their production and potential to Bill Belichick and his staff.
According to NFL reporter Mike Reiss of ESPN, the Pats hosted both quarterback Anthony Gordon and cornerback Shakur Brown along with several others in tryouts this week.
The Patriots workouts were focused on special teams players who can also play wide receiver or defensive back, but Gordon was the lone quarterback of the lot in to work out as well.
