Last October, the Kansas City Chiefs decided to release wide receiver De’Anthony Thomas after five-plus years with the team. The Baltimore Ravens reached out with an olive branch of an opportunity and saw enough in the final two months of the 2019 season that they’ve decided to re-sign him to a contract for the 2020 season.
The Ravens first brought Thomas aboard in early November when the Ravens and Chiefs were racing for top seeds in the AFC, along with the New England Patriots. He took over primary return duties for Baltimore and finished the year with a healthy 7.
