Another veteran safety is now off of the market with the news that the Tennessee Titans have officially signed Steven Terrell to a contract after hosting the free agent for a recent visit.
The Titans have made a few moves at safety lately after the season-ending injury suffered by Jonathan Cyprien earlier in training camp. Kenny Vaccaro signed with the team shortly thereafter to take over Cyprien’s starting spot, but it’s clear the team was interested in bolstering the position further. Former Chiefs safety Kendrick Lewis is also slated for major playing time in the Titans secondary.
