At one time, Tyson Jackson was supposed to be a game-changing force after being selected in the top three of the 2009 NFL Draft. Scott Pioli’s highest draft pick was supposed to set the edge for years to come in Kansas City and help to create the league’s best defensive line alongside another high draft pick in Glenn Dorsey, the previous year’s No. 5 pick.
While those heights and expectations were never reached, Jackson has been able to carve out for himself a nice career with two long stretches of employment during which he’s even earned a Super Bowl trip with the Atlanta Falcons.
