Former Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Damon Arnette has been officially indicted on felony charges, including assault with a deadly weapon, dating back to the very incident at a Las Vegas hotel that got him released from the team in the first place.
On Wednesday evening, news broke that Arnette pulled out a gun in the midst of an argument with valets at the Park MGM. He was arrested at the time on drug-related charges as well as weapons-related ones, but they were dropped at the time due to “lack of evidence” although an ESPN report notes that investigators were potentially bringing further information to light.
