With rookie RB Darwin Thompson having such a good preseason, it felt like starting RB Damien Williams had been forgotten and left behind. Williams made his presence known on Saturday though, putting the Chiefs on the board with a 62-yard catch and run on the very first drive. He only took one carry, but hauled in three passes for 74 yards and a TD. Williams reminded everyone on Saturday why the Chiefs named him the starter.
