The Tennessee Titans selected Sankey with the No. 54 pick in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft. From 2014-2015 in 29 games with the Titans, Sankey compiled 199 rush attempts for 762 yards (3.8 ypa) and three touchdowns. He also had 32 receptions for 272 yards receiving.
