Film review: Jaylon Moore looks to be a player on the rise

The Kansas City Chiefs kicked off the free agent “legal tampering” period by signing offensive tackle Jaylon Moore. The move came just days after the team traded starting left guard Joe Thuney.

From how things appear, the team will likely look at Moore as the prospective starter headed into OTAs (organized team activities), mandatory minicamp — and eventually, training camp. Moore has only started a handful of games during his career, but in these short stints, he has shown he can be a capable starter in the NFL.

Pass protection

During his five games as a starter, Moore painted a picture of a player with solid fundamentals in pass protection who was consistently in the right place at the right time.
