The Kansas City Chiefs are down another man in the secondary, specifically at safety, with the news that Eric Murray is officially unable to return to play on Sunday afternoon against the Buffalo Bills.
Murray went down with an injury earlier in the game and was tended to by the team’s training staff. Then they finally made the announcement that he was questionable. Minutes later, the team updated his status as officially “out” for the rest of the game.
Murray is one of the main Chiefs to step up in the absence of franchise icon safety Eric Berry, which means the Chiefs are a bit thin at the position.
