If you are not particularly excited for preseason football, you will be now. On Wednesday after practice, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid announced that strong safety Eric Berry will play against the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday night.

Berry was being withheld from contact drills until Monday, when he was allowed to start hitting again. Berry’s story has continued to be amazing, with the 26-year-old beating Hodgkin’s Lymphoma after being diagnosed with the treatable form of cancer in December.
