Dwayne Bowe is proving to be one of the better people to walk through the doors in recent years at One Arrowhead Drive. Bowe, who was released this offseason, is now with the Cleveland Browns on a two-year deal. Still, Bowe’s heart is apparently entrenched in Kansas City.
On Tuesday, Bowe returned to the area to pay his respects to Betty Johnson, a 86-year-old woman who was a Chiefs season-ticket holder since 1986. Johnson was famous among Chiefs players, affectionately known as “grandma” too many of them, according to Chris Oberholtz of KCTV5.
Throughout his career in Kansas City, Bowe would kiss Johnson before every game.
