For the last 11 years, the NFL has hosted a Broadcast Boot Camp built around the idea of helping interesting football players make the transition after their playing careers are over into various areas of reporting or broadcasting on radio and television. This year, 23 current and retired players took part in the boot camp as they look to continue their football career in a new category and put their knowledge to good use, including longtime Broncos and Cowboys great DeMarcus Ware and former Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Stanford Routt.
Instructors for the four-day event come from every major broadcast network of FOX, NBC, ESPN and NFL Network.
