According to the Kansas City Chiefs, Daniel Sorensen will not be activated before their Week 9 game against the Cleveland Browns.
Sorensen was predicted to miss, at least, the first eight weeks of the regular season when he was first diagnosed with a broken fibula. The broken bone was simply going to take too long to even have surgery and heal before he could work his way back into game shape, and that’s turning out to be the reality as the Kansas City Chiefs continue to wait on their safety.
The Chiefs have one more week before they have to place Sorensen on the active roster, using a valuable space for the sake of depth on game days.
