For the first time since he was injured during Week 11, running back Damien Williams was able to join the Kansas City Chiefs for practice on Wednesday, a good sign he will be able to play in Week 15 against the visiting Denver Broncos.
Williams hasn’t played since he hurt himself in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers. Even after the bye week, Williams remained out and was soon joined among the injured ranks by Darrel William, creating an issue for the depth chart. The team signed veteran back Spencer Ware in response to the injuries to help with overall talent and depth alongside LeSean McCoy and rookie Darwin Thompson.
