The Kansas City Chiefs placed TE James O'Shaughnessy on injured reserve this week so it's no surprise to this report that the Chiefs worked out free agent tight ends, signing TE Ross Travis to the practice squad while releasing DT Hebron Fangupo, according to Chiefs Digest.

The Chiefs also worked out former Cardinals and Lions TE Joseph Fauria.
