The Kansas City Chiefs are going into the playoffs on a high note. After taking a 14-0 lead in the first quarter, the Chiefs had to hold onto the game for a bit. Kansas City was not able to get much going offensively for the most part after the first quarter, although the rushing attack did a great job.
Oakland was not able to do anything against Kansas City’s defense. The Raiders scored on a pick-six of Alex Smith in the second quarter, and outside of that, did nothing until garbage time. Oakland has shown up very well throughout the season with the trio of Derek Carr, Amari Cooper and Latavius Murray slicing through opponents.
