The Kansas City Chiefs will be limited in both the backfield and the defensive backfield on Sunday with a number of injuries against the New England Patriots. Heading into Week 14, the Chiefs have learned they will be without running backs Damien Williams and Darrel Williams as well as cornerbacks Mo Claiborne and Rashad Fenton.
The Chiefs knew ahead of time that running back would be a major concern, which is why they brought a familiar face on board in Spencer Ware. The addition of Ware brings back someone who will need no introduction to Andy Reid’s offense while serving as depth behind rookie back Darwin Thompson and veteran LeSean McCoy.
