The Detroit Lions are already going to have a difficult time keeping up with the Kansas City Chiefs offense on Sunday in Week 4, but things might be considerably more difficult without quarterback Matthew Stafford.
Stafford was included on the injury report as questionable with a hip injury in practice on Friday, per NFL reporter Ian Rapoport.
Stafford has enjoyed a nice season so far for the Lions, who are undefeated at 2-0-1, but the Chiefs present a major test for Detroit at home at Ford Field. If Stafford is unable to go, then the Lions would likely turn to Jeff Driskel or David Blough on their depth chart.
