According to Howard Balzer, the Chiefs brought in free agent DB Akeem King for a workout on Wednesday.
King, 24, is a former seventh-round pick of the Falcons back in 2015. He was, unfortunately, waived at the start of the 2015 season and later signed to the team’s practice squad before eventually being promoted to their active roster in November.
Last year, Atlanta placed him on injured reserve with a foot injury and he wound up missing the entire season. Hunt returned to the Falcons on an exclusive rights contract this offseason but was waived him last weekend.
