The Kansas City Chiefs opened their 2022 season with eight consecutive games against teams that had winning records in 2021. They have also faced the defending NFC and AFC champions — and an AFC West that went out of its way to load up with highly-priced free agents in an effort to stop Kansas City’s string of six division championships.
But with four games remaining in the season, Kansas City is on the road with its 10-3 record, requiring just one victory to clinch its eighth straight playoff berth and seventh consecutive division championship. Standing in its way are the Houston Texans.
