On Saturday morning, the Kansas City Chiefs announced that they have signed running back Knile Davis, who had been traded to the Green Bay Packers back on October 18, but was released a couple of weeks later on October 31.
Davis was a third-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2013 out of the University of Arkansas. He played in 50 games with 233 carries for 775 yards with 11 touchdowns in his three-plus years with the team.
Davis is best known for his 106-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to begin the AFC Wild Card game last year against the Houston Texans.
