Kareem Hunt is the latest rookie signing for the Kansas City Chiefs and the first in a few weeks after the team locked up their fourth, fifth and sixth round picks early on. Kareem Hunt, the Chiefs third round selection, signed his four-year contract on Monday.
Hunt, a running back from Toledo, was the second of three players that general manager John Dorsey traded up in the 2017 NFL Draft for, and he’s expected to earn some instant reps alongside Spencer Ware in a reworked ground game for the Chiefs. C.J. Spiller has also been added to a unit that has said goodbye to Jamaal Charles, who landed with the Denver Broncos, Knile Davis and Darrin Reaves.
