On Wednesday night, the Kansas City Chiefs signed defensive end Hunter Dimick.
Dimick, 25, signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Utah in 2017. An All-American for the Utes, Dimick was a four-year starter, compiling 148 tackles (87 solo and 42.5 for loss). Over his 39-game college career, he totaled 28.5 sacks — including 13.5 in his senior season, which led the Pac-10 in sacks. He is listed at 6 foot 3 and 268 pounds.
He spent the 2017 season on the Jaguars practice squad, where he was reported to be getting snaps as a fullback.
