Chiefs sign 2 players to 2025 deals, make adjustment to practice squad

According to Thursday’s NFL transactions report, the Kansas City Chiefs have signed two free agents to Reserve/Future contracts for 2025: linebacker Shaun Bradley and defensive back Jason Taylor.

Earlier in the week, the team released linebacker Blake Lynch from its practice squad, filling that spot by re-signing wide receiver Montrell Washington.

Signed to the practice squad on December 30, Lynch was elevated for Sunday’s regular-season finale against the Denver Broncos, in which he played on 35% of the defensive snaps and 96% of the special teams reps. Washington — who has spent most of the last two seasons on Kansas City’s practice squad — had been released to make room for Lynch.
