Despite the fact that the Kansas City Chiefs offense was such a high point for the team in 2017 (and that it looks very promising next year with a potential quarterback switch to Patrick Mahomes in 2018), the team has undergone a tremendous amount of coaching changes on that side of the ball.
The latest reported change comes to us from Terez Paylor of the Kansas City Star, who says that Mike Kafka will be promoted to quarterbacks coach.
Kafka has long been a favorite for Andy Reid, ever since the head coach decided to draft Kafka with the Philadelphia Eagles back in 2010 (fourth round).
