The Kansas City Chiefs released LB Reshard Cliett from their injured reserve list with an injury settlement.
Cliett, 25, was taken with the No. 211 overall pick in the sixth round of the 2015 NFL draft by the Texans. He was in the second year of his four-year, $2,370,484 contract when the Texans elected to waive him last year as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.
Cliett bounced around a bit, playing for the Broncos, Jets and Cardinals before signing a future/reserve contract with the Titans this past January. Unfortunately, Tennessee cut him loose back in May and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Chiefs.
