Position battles weren’t decided in the Kansas City Chiefs offseason practices but we do have some leaders at some positions. Phillip Gaines, for example, is currently the guy opposite Marcus Peters and Steven Nelson is the nickel corner coming out of offseason practices.
One position not settled? Backup quarterback.
