The Kansas City Chiefs have released their list of inactive players for Sunday’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders. As expected, running back Jerick McKinnon (groin) — along with wide receivers Mecole Hardman (thumb) and Kadarius Toney (ankle/hip) — will not play. But wide receiver Richie James will be active for the first time since Week 2.
