The Kansas City Chiefs got some good news today, with the return of two of their better defensive players to the practice field. On Thursday, Kansas City watched as safety Husain Abdullah and outside linebacker Dee Ford returned and practiced in full, per multiple reports.
Abdullah has been battling back from a concussion, but actually missed the last two days of practice because of a person matter (his father recently passed away). Ford coming back was fairly shocking, considering he was in the concussion protocol and typically, that means you are going to miss a game.
The only two players who did not practice were center Mitch Morse (concussion) and outside linebacker Tamba Hali, although Hali will be good to go on Saturday against the Houston Texans.
