The beginning of the 2016 National Football League year has begun, and the Chiefs already look a little different. According to multiple reports, the Arizona Cardinals and safety Tyvon Branch have agreed on a two-year, $10 million deal while guard Jeff Allen is joining the Houston Texans for four years and $28 million.
For Branch, this is a chance to start alongside Tyrann Mathieu, an opportunity he was never getting in Kansas City. Branch is a good player and a nice signing for Arizona, but he was never going to get ahead of Ron Parker and Eric Berry on the depth chart.
