The Kansas City Chiefs have a few injury updates for the start of Pittsburgh Steelers week, including the status of WR Jeremy Maclin and DE Mike DeVito, who will not practice with concussions.

The Chiefs need to be ready in the event that Maclin can't play. That would fall to Albert Wilson and Chris Conley, who finished up the game last week after Maclin wnt out.
The situation with DeVito could depend on the status of Dontari Poe, who is back to practice (perhaps only limited) after his high ankle sprain two weeks ago.
