The Kansas City Chiefs are getting some additional cap space to use in 2016, according to the National Football League Players Association. Kansas City did not use all of its cap space in 2015, and now is getting an extra $2,666,818 to use on this year’s class of free agents.
Every team is getting some amount of money. The Oakland Raiders are getting another $13,373,617 while the Denver Broncos are scooping up $3,571,239 for the open market. Oakland already is flush with space and needs across the roster, so look for general manager Reggie McKenzie to be wheeling and dealing.
