The Kansas City Chiefs fell to the Oakland Raiders, 31-30, on Thursday Night Football at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.
Raiders quarterback Derek Carr led an 11-play, 85-yard drive that ended in the game winning touchdown as time expired.
Carr finished with 417 yards through the air and three touchdowns, finding wide receiver Michael Crabtree for the go-ahead score on the game’s final play.
Chiefs’ quarterback Alex Smith tossed three touchdowns in the contest, including two of over 60 yards.
Smith found wide receiver Tyreek Hill for a 64-yard touchdown midway through the second quarter to cap a three-play, 99-yard drive, and later hit receiver Albert Wilson in the third quarter on a 63-yard strike.
