For the first time this season, Friday’s final injury report did not have an injury status for any Kansas City player. So all of the inactive players shown here are healthy scratches.
James went on on the team’s Reserve/Injured (injured reserve) list with an MCL injury to his knee after the Week 2 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
