KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The New York Giants haven't done much to demand their upcoming opponent take them seriously. The Giants are in the bottom 10 in total offense, scoring, total defense and points allowed.
They're 1-8 after losing last week to the previously winless San Francisco 49ers. A week earlier, they lost by five touchdowns at home to the Los Angeles Rams.
The Kansas City Chiefs, 10.5-point road favorites in Sunday's game against the Giants, are doing their best not to notice these inadequacies.
"We've got to take of our business first, first and foremost," coach Andy Reid said.
