Kansas City bolstered its secondary in the first round of the NFL Draft.
But one NFL analyst thinks last year's third-rounder will stick out in a now-loaded defensive back group.

ESPN's Louis Riddick isn't alone in his praise. By season's end, Gaines was outplaying his draft position and then some. Now entering his second year, the Chiefs think he's looking like a player fans could get excited about.
"He's just seeing the game more: route concepts, things of that nature, learning splits, releases and stems, just being a student of the game," said Sean Smith.
