The Kansas City Chiefs continued training camp on Saturday with the fans getting to enjoy Family Day at St. Joe’s. Kansas City was in pads again and looked to be having a mundane practice until Jeremy Maclin had to leave with an injury, causing fans to hold their breaths. Fortunately, Maclin only had a jammed thumb and was able to return to practice.
On the defensive side of the ball, corners Marcus Peters and Phillip Gaines were starring once more. Peters has been the main star of camp, intercepting three passes on the first day of padded practice.
