Laurent Duvernay-Tardif has been among the players rotating in at right guard throughout training camp. According to Andy Reid, improved quite a bit this year.
Improved so much, in fact, that it sounds like LDT has a legitimate chance to start for the Chiefs.
Reid singled him out on a conference call with reporters as someone who "made a good case" for the right guard job. Reid also said that LDT is one of the five best linemen right now. He doesn't usually say things like that so I took notice.
The Chiefs offensive line will be fluid due to injuries to Eric Fisher and Jeff Allen.
